This project focused on revitalizing a mid-century villa in Birre through targeted interior updates and design-led transformation. The works emphasized enhancing existing architectural features—such as the organic fireplace and original parquet flooring—while introducing lighter finishes, improved spatial flow, and a cohesive coastal palette. Key interventions included brightening interiors, refining layouts, and updating furnishings and finishes to balance the home’s original character with a more modern, market-ready aesthetic, resulting in a refreshed property that feels both contemporary and true to its heritage.
